Students who have scheduled travel arrangements on the following holidays and not within PIA driving hours are required to have transportation provided by a cab service.

Thanksgiving Day: November 24th
Christmas Eve: December 24th
Christmas Day: December 25th
New Year’s Eve: December 31st
New Year’s Day: January 1st
Other holidays throughout year

PIA driving hours are from 9am to 9pm.

PIA will arrange the cab/taxi for the students, however, they are responsible to pay for the cab fee.

PIA will provide transportation to students who have made travel arrangements within the hours of 9am to 9pm throughout the year, unless it is a holiday or not within driving hours.

The student is responsible to make sure he/she is on time when the cab arrives.
